Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to support Hero MotoCorp s ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities across its domestic services portfolio while taking active ownership of product value delivery. The Business Analyst will ensure seamless operations, proactively manage the product backlog, enable continuous improvements, and facilitate effective coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering Product Vision: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Define the product vision and translate business needs into explicit user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Product Backlog Management: Take full ownership of the product backlog using tools like Jira. Prioritize user stories, enhancements, and defects based on business value and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the backlog is always groomed and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Gap Analysis Process Optimization: Perform gap analysis, recommend appropriate solutions, and execute As-Is / To-Be design and journey mapping to drive continuous process improvements.
- BAU Support Enhancements: Support the day-to-day operations of Domestic Digital Products Platforms, manage change requests (CRs), track defects, and conduct impact analysis for proposed changes.
- Stakeholder Project Management: Act as the primary bridge between business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and review sessions to ensure clear communication and cross-functional alignment.
- Documentation:



Prepare and maintain functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process flows) leveraging Confluence, ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements, and maintain comprehensive project repositories.
- Testing Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate outputs, and ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria and overall business expectations
- Agile Collaboration Delivery: Work closely with design, development, and QA teams. Actively lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills Experience

- Experience Level: 3 to 10 years of robust professional experience encompassing business analysis and product ownership.
- Automotive Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of OEM sales, marketing, after-sales, and dealer ecosystem operations.
- Agile Methodology Tooling: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Strong hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog and sprint management, and Confluence for maintaining centralized project documentation.
- Data Analytics: Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS tools for data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable business insights.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience acting as an Automotive CRM/DMS Senior Consultant. Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Siebel, SAP functional Processes (ECC), Salesforce, and Mobility applications.
