Exposure to Structural works, Industrial Projects, and High-Rise Buildings is preferred
Job Description
We are looking for a competent Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial construction projects and high-rise building works. The candidate should have robust knowledge of structural construction, site supervision, and coordination of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site
- Execute and monitor industrial project works and high-rise building construction
- Coordinate structural works including foundations, RCC structures, and PEB erection
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor contractors, labor productivity, and material usage
- Coordinate with design teams, structural consultants, and vendors
- Maintain site safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
- Assist in material planning, project scheduling, and cost control
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, structural works, and PEB construction
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction layouts
- Experience in industrial plant construction and high-rise building projects
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools
