Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Engineer (Civil) / Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at individual residential construction projects in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising labour and contractors, monitoring construction quality and progress, and ensuring that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at residential project sites.
- Coordinate and manage masons, helpers, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, dimensions, levels, and specifications.
- Monitor activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC (footings, columns, beams, slabs), brick/block work, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other finishing works.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Take and verify site measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project management as required.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material requirements, and other necessary site records.




- Follow construction safety practices and maintain proper discipline at the site.
- Ensure the site is kept organized and work is executed safely and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred for the Site Engineer position.
- Candidates with relevant civil construction site experience are preferred.
- Fresh Diploma candidates with good basic knowledge of civil construction can also apply.
- Candidates without a Diploma but with practical residential construction experience may also be considered.
- Good understanding of basic civil construction methods and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings and measurements.
- Positive supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to work at residential construction sites.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day site activities will be an advantage.

Salary

- Fresh Diploma(Civil) Candidate: 18,000+ per month
- Experienced Non-Diploma Candidate: 22,000+ per month
- Experienced Diploma(Civil) Candidate: 25,000+ per month

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, technical knowledge, and site-handling capability.

Working Hours & Holidays

- Duty Time: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Public/Festival Holidays: As applicable

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in individual residential / villa / independent house construction will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently supervise labour and coordinate day-to-day construction activities are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates having two-wheeler with valid license will be preferred
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
