Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to handle legal affairs, agreement drafting, litigation, and statutory compliance while providing legal advice to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise commercial agreements, vendor contracts, dealership/distributor agreements, NDAs, MOUs, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
- Handle litigation, legal notices, disputes, arbitration, and coordinate with external advocates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, labour, and statutory laws.
- Provide legal support on employment matters, property documentation, and business transactions.




- Identify legal risks and safeguard the company's interests through effective contract management.
- Maintain legal records and advise management on legal matters.

Qualifications & Skills

- LLB mandatory; LLM preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant corporate legal experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in drafting and finalising agreements and commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of litigation, labour laws, corporate compliance, and contract negotiation.
- Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
