Job description *
• Manage US commercial collection accounts and payment follow-ups
• Handle customer communication via calls and emails
• Monitor AR aging, DSO, and collection targets
• Resolve payment disputes and reconcile accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Preferred candidate profile
US/International B2B Collections Experience (Mandatory)
minimum 1 to 5 years experience in relevant filed
International Client Handling Experience
International Voice Process Experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Related Field
Robust Communication, Negotiation and Customer Management

Experience: 1-5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
