SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

8 + years of experience in SAP FICO Module.

Should be able to work independently.

- Expertise in Niche Technologies: Proficient in specialized technologies, including S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN).
- Handled comprehensive FI & CO configuration and extensive hand on experience in FI/CO.
- Flexible Work Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts across UK, US, and APAC time zones, with availability to provide support during weekends and holidays.
- Should have completed at least two end to end implementations, enhancements/developments/Upgrades and have hands on experience in support projects as well
- Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize project requests.




- Thorough knowledge of the entire accounting cycle including knowledge on Bank Reconciliation Statements, foreign exchange valuation, period end closing activities, asset accounting, Consolidation steps, Consolidation Primary Skills: Concepts, International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Strong knowledge in New General Ledger (Recent GL), New Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Banking, FI Integration knowledge with other modules (SD, MM), Interface process flow and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
- Working knowledge of integration between SAP SD, MM, and external system integration.
- Requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training and supporting end users during the hyper care.
- Responsibility and ownership for design of RICEF objects assigned for Detailed Design Documents, Development and Unit Testing.
- Strong hands-on controlling Cost Centre Accounting , Profit Centre Accounting , Internal Orders, Product Costing & COPA (Profitability Analysis).
- Experience in configuring and supporting Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), interpretation algorithms, posting areas, FEBAN/FEB_BSPROC processing, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Must have hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax configuration and support within SAP, including Withholding Tax (WHT), GST, VAT, Sales Tax, and other country-specific tax requirements.
- Should have technical exposure IDocs and RICEFW, interface & DME config.
- Should have worked on end-to-end electronic payment solutions, including DME configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and bank integration.
