Role & responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR & Administration activities.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, on boarding and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
- Ensure labour law, statutory and contract labour compliance.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), grievances, discipline and local labour issues.
- Manage plant administration, employee welfare and local stakeholder coordination.
- Drive employee engagement, training and HR policies at the plant.
- Support the Plant Head in all HR/IR and administrative matters.

Preferred candidate profile :

- MBA/PGDM HR / Personnel Management preferred.
- 10–15 years’ experience in Plant HR/IR, preferably manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, compliance and IR.
- Excellent English communication; Marathi/Hindi preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in recent plant/greenfield setup will be an advantage.
