Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via voice support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions related to digital marketing products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team to meet performance metrics and KPIs.
- Adapt to changing processes and business needs proactively.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university (mandatory).
