About the Role

We are looking for experienced Data Governance and Data Lineage professionals to join a large-scale Markets Data Governance transformation program. The role focuses on the rollout and adoption of Solidatus, implementation of governance frameworks, lineage mapping, data modeling, reporting, and analytics across enterprise data platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, SQL, and stakeholder management, with exposure to Solidatus, Collibra, Snowflake, or similar data management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Support enterprise-wide Data Governance initiatives and framework implementation.
- Create and maintain end-to-end data lineage across multiple business domains.
- Work with Solidatus to build, analyze, and manage lineage models.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data lineage gaps and inconsistencies.
- Develop governance-related data assets, workflows, and controls.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to understand and document data flows.
- Perform metadata management, data mapping, and impact analysis activities.
- Support governance reporting and dashboard development.
- Contribute to data quality, ownership, stewardship,



and governance processes.
- Build semantic and business data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Work with Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI environments where applicable.

Required Skills

- 4-10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Data Lineage and Metadata Management.
- Hands-on experience with Solidatus, Collibra, Alation, Informatica EDC, Microsoft Purview, or similar tools.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, data controls, data ownership, and stewardship concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

- Solidatus implementation or development experience.
- Data Modeling (Logical, Conceptual, Physical).
- Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Power BI Dashboard Development.
- ETL/ELT and Data Engineering exposure.
- Banking, Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets experience.
- Experience in large-scale Data Transformation programs.
