Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage CAT A & CAT B national corporate accounts across India.

Drive room night production and revenue growth across OYO properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporates, travel agents, and key business partners.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the national accounts portfolio.

Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with key accounts.

Develop account-specific strategies to maximize revenue and business potential.

Monitor account performance, room night production, revenue, and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams including Revenue, Operations, Supply, and Finance to ensure seamless account management.

Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and address escalations proactively.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.





Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or National Sales.

Experience in the Hospitality, Travel, OTA, Corporate Travel, or Travel Management industry preferred.

Strong network with corporates, travel agents, and national accounts.

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Solid analytical and commercial acumen.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business independently.

Preferred Experience: 5-10 years in Corporate/National Sales or Key Account Management.
