Job Title: Deputy Manager FP&A; / CFO Services

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Role Objective

To lead and manage FP&A; and CFO support activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profitability analysis and management reporting, while providing actionable insights to senior management for improving business performance, margins and capital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range financial planning.
- Develop and review financial models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and ROI evaluations.
- Monitor burn rate, margins, cost structures and key financial performance indicators.

Variance & Profitability Analysis

- Lead monthly Actual vs Budget / Forecast variance analysis with detailed root-cause analysis.
- Analyse margins, unit economics, pricing, cost and profitability drivers.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement.

CFO Services & Management Reporting

- Prepare and review CFO-level MIS, dashboards and management presentations.
- Support senior management with board presentations, business reviews and strategic financial insights.
- Lead scenario planning and financial analysis for key business decisions.
- Review and optimize the Chart of Accounts (CoA) to ensure accurate and meaningful management reporting.

Business Partnering & Controls





- Act as a finance business partner to business and functional teams.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor financial controls, reporting accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Guide and review the work of FP&A; team members and ensure timely delivery of key reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Business Development and senior management.
- Present financial performance, risks and recommendations to leadership.
- Month end close, yearend close and Audit support.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis or CFO services.
- Experience in CFO advisory, consulting, shared services or international finance environment preferred.
- Solid experience in management reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills

- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and profitability analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, MIS and dashboarding expertise.
- Hands-on experience Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Monday.Com
- Hands-on ERP experience – SAP / Oracle / NetSuite Optional.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage senior-level finance deliverables and provide business-focused recommendations.
