Role & responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, software, hardware, and user-login issues.
- Provide technical support for interactive panels, smart boards, projectors, displays, and classroom AV equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, network ports, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT devices.
- Provide basic support for biometric systems, CCTV, and other IT-enabled applications.
- Attend and resolve IT complaints through the school's system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to IT Manager, OEMs, or vendors and follow up until closure.
- Coordinate with external vendors for service calls, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT service records, complaint logs, and maintenance reports. • Assist with IT setup and technical support for examinations, meetings, presentations, school events, and special activities.




- Provide basic technical guidance and training to teachers and staff on IT equipment and applications.
- Follow school policies relating to IT security, data confidentiality, backup, and authorized software usage. Required Technical Skills

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support.

• Experience in a school, college, educational institution, or corporate setting will be preferred.

• Experience handling classroom technology, interactive panels, networking, ERP systems, and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
