Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive regional business development across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The role involves identifying upcoming infrastructure projects, generating qualified enquiries, developing relationships with key industry stakeholders and converting project opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate will have solid project-based B2B sales experience, knowledge of infrastructure and construction markets, and an established network of consultants, contractors, EPC companies and infrastructure developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and order acquisition targets.
- Identify upcoming projects in bridges, flyovers, highways, railways, metro, buildings, industrial structures and other infrastructure segments.
- Generate and develop business opportunities at project planning, tendering and execution stages.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure developers, government departments and other decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, consultant visits and project-site visits to develop new business.
- Prepare and coordinate technical-commercial offers, quotations, tenders, EOIs and prequalification documents.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, negotiations and tenders until order finalisation.
- Coordinate with Head Office and internal Design, Engineering, Execution, Commercial and Accounts teams for pricing, technical clarifications and client requirements.
- Monitor tender notifications,



market trends, competitor activities and regional project developments.
- Maintain a qualified project pipeline and submit regular sales forecasts, enquiry reports and market intelligence to management.
- Develop new customers, strengthen existing accounts and generate repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in infrastructure, construction, EPC, prestressing, post-tensioning, bridge projects or related construction products.
- Proven experience in project-based B2B sales and business development.
- Existing professional network among consultants, contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure developers or government project stakeholders.
- Experience in the Rajasthan and/or Madhya Pradesh markets will be preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of infrastructure projects, tendering, technical-commercial proposals and project sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify project opportunities, develop a sales pipeline and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with extensive regional travel.

Remuneration
