Job Summary

Apollo HomeCare is looking for skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide professional nursing services and personalized patient care at patients' homes across Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients at their homes.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' health conditions.
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Support patients requiring post-hospitalization care and long-term nursing assistance.
- Maintain patient records and follow the prescribed care plan.




- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.
- Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient progress.

Candidate Requirements

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM qualification.
- 15 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Positive clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently in a homecare environment.
- Willingness to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
