B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Agricultural Engineering

Eligibility

2025 and 2026 graduates (No active backlogs)

Experience 0 - 2 Years

Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of vehicle architecture, powertrain systems, body & chassis, and automotive components.
- Basic knowledge of creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for automotive parts and assemblies.
- Familiarity with engineering drawing, GD&T; basics, and measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, CMM awareness).
- Exposure to CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks (academic level acceptable).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Attributes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and documentation.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a hands-on engineering workplace.
- Ability to work in a team setting on structured projects with defined timelines.




- Willingness to work in a workshop / teardown environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours and shifts based on business requirements.

Exposure

- Exposure to a wide range of global vehicle platforms, technologies, and OEM design philosophies.
- Deep understanding of automotive cost structures, manufacturing processes, and competitive intelligence.
- A strong foundation for a career in automotive engineering, product development, or cost engineering.
