Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Account Director with a solid background in Events, Exhibitions, and BTL Activations. The ideal candidate must have an established corporate client network and a proven track record of independently generating business and driving revenue through existing professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through an established corporate client network.
- Manage and grow corporate accounts across events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and BTL activations.
- Build relationships with corporate marketing heads, brand managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Independently identify, pitch, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and repeat business.
- Lead client meetings, understand briefs, and coordinate proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with creative, design, production, fabrication, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive account growth,



client retention, profitability, billing, and timely collections.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, business development reports, and account growth plans.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 89 years of relevant experience in Events, Exhibitions, BTL Activations, or Experiential Marketing.
- Must have an active corporate client network and the ability to independently bring business.
- Proven experience in business development, corporate account management, and revenue generation.
- Experience working with established event management, exhibition, or experiential marketing agencies.
- Strong client relationship management, pitching, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently and take ownership of revenue targets.

Important Requirement

Candidates who primarily depend on company-provided leads and do not have an established corporate client network may not be suitable for this role.
