- Cultivate a high-performing CPMG team through mentorship, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Spearhead the achievement of CPMG's financial and operational targets, including revenue, profitability, and project delivery timelines.
- Implement robust project management methodologies, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing digitalization and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable and productive practices within CPMG, aligning with KEC's commitment to environmental responsibility.

- Extensive experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale power transmission and distribution projects.
