Title: ServiceNow Developer ITSM & CMDB

Location: Hyderabad- Hybrid

Hybrid role and candidates preferably only from Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Configure CMDB, CI relationships, Discovery, and data integrity.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Support integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, and CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB management.

Valuable to Have:

- Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage.
