Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in real estate/construction, preferably with exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays and critical activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, recovery plans and MIS.
- Coordinate with Project, Architect, Design, QS, Procurement, MEP and Site teams.
- Track drawings, approvals, material, manpower and construction activities.
- Assist with delay analysis, EOT claims and corrective action plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
- Around 10 years of planning/project controls experience.
- High-rise construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
- Robust knowledge of construction planning, critical path and progress monitoring.
- Strong coordination and analytical skills.
