Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up on interview feedback, selection status, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures of assigned requirements and provide a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- 1 To 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
