Role: Plant Audit/ Manufacturing Audit: Internal Auditor

CA OR CMA 3 years + experience post qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional with strong exposure to process audits and manufacturing/plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal processes, identifying risks and control gaps, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process audits across various business functions and manufacturing plants.
- Perform audits of plant manufacturing processes, operations, inventory, procurement,production, and related activities.
- Identify process gaps, risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.




- Follow up with respective teams on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Work closely with plant and functional teams to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Support management in identifying opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure timely completion of the internal audit plan and reporting to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- CA / CMA qualified.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
- Strong experience in process audits and manufacturing/plant audits.
- Experience in a manufacturing /industrial setting will be preferred.
- Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants as required.
