*Job Description:*

Hiring for a Leading FMCG Food Company - Sales Head - GT Only - based at vijayawada to manage entire AP.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

- Lead entire General Trade (GT) sales operations for Rest of AP from Vijayawada HQ

- Responsible for Primary, Secondary Sales, Collection, P&L; for GT channel

- Drive distribution expansion - width & depth, new distributor appointment, ROI management

- Execute beat planning, range selling, visibility, merchandising in GT

- Manage large team - RSM / ASM / SO / Sales Officers - GT only





- Build & maintain robust distributor & retailer network across Rest of TN

- Achieve GT business targets & market share growth

*Desired Candidate Profile:*

- Minimum 10 years experience as RSM / Sales Head / GM in FMCG Food companies - *GT Only experience mandatory*

- Currently handling GT channel only - No MT / Modern Trade candidates

- MBA from *Tier 1 B-School* mandatory

- Age *35 to 48 years*

- *Career Stability Mandatory:* Should have worked in Maximum 3 or 4 companies only in entire career

- Good communication & leadership skills

- Strong GT distributor network in AP

- Stable career track record
