Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and evaluate technical talent.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and source relevant IT profiles.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and evaluate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Valuable understanding of IT/technical profiles is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
