Role: .NET Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive the development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in up-to-date .NET technologies, Azure cloud platform and engineering best practices while providing hands-on technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of enterprise applications using latest .NET technologies.
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives from legacy applications to current Microsoft platforms.
- Scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Enforce coding standards, security practices, and development governance.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents, solution artifacts, and process documentation.
- Lead technical reviews, solution discussions,



and mentoring of development teams.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

- 12-16 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 7/8 and above.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Knowledge of security best practices, code reviews, and development governance.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and driving engineering excellence.

Preferred Skills:

- Application modernization and cloud migration experience.
- Microservices and API-driven architecture.
- DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code exposure.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
