- PG: MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed B-School - Mandatory

Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Recruitment for frontline & mid-level Sales teams

- Drive Onboarding & Induction for Sales hires across regions

- Design & execute Training & Development / Capability building programs for Sales force

- Manage PMS - Goal setting, KRA/KPI, Performance reviews, PIP for Sales employees

- Handle Sales Force Automation - Bizom Sales App - data, adoption, training, compliance

- Drive Sales HR metrics - Attrition, Productivity, Engagement, Retention





- Partner with Sales Heads / RSM / ASM for manpower planning & performance improvement

- Execute all other sales-related HR functions at senior level

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7+ years experience at Senior Level in Sales HR role, preferably in FMCG/ any industry.

- Strong exposure to high-volume sales hiring & field HR

- Hands-on experience with Bizom / SFA tools mandatory

- MBA from positive B-School

- Willing to be based at HQ Coimbatore
