Role & responsibilities

- GTM & Business Strategy: Support the development and evaluation of go-to-market strategies, business plans, market opportunities, channel approaches, and growth initiatives.
- Marketing & Sales Strategy: Review marketing and sales plans, commercial performance, market insights, and execution effectiveness; recommend opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Process Review, SOPs & Audits: Assess current processes across functions, develop or refine SOPs, review adherence, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Business Review: Work with cross functional teams to understand business challenges, dependencies, and performance gaps.
- Business Analysis & Recommendations: Analyze business and market data, identify trends and root causes, assess what is working and what is not, and develop practical, data-backed recommendations.
- Leadership Presentations: Prepare structured presentations, business reviews, strategic insights, and action plans for leadership; clearly communicate findings, risks, opportunities,



and recommendations.
- Project & Initiative Tracking: Coordinate strategic and process-improvement initiatives, track milestones and outcomes, follow up with stakeholders, and highlight delays or issues requiring leadership attention.
- Continuous Improvement: Benchmark processes and practices, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and support implementation of agreed initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having 4-8 yrs of experience with consulting experience, strong business strategy acumen, and expertise in SOP development, process audits, business planning, and performance analysis will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of working cross-functionally, evaluating existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership, supported by robust analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
