Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive store sales, achieve monthly revenue targets, and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving complaints effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain robust knowledge of eyewear, sunglasses, lenses, frames, and other optical products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and adherence to Lenskart's visual merchandising standards.
- Performance Monitoring:



Track sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Staff Training: Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and store processes.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate sales reports, cash records, billing processes, and operational documentation.
- Business Development: Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and support customer retention initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Store conversion rate and average transaction value.
- Inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Team productivity and staff performance.
- Compliance with company policies and operational standards.
