F&I;, Accessory and VAS Penetration Drive

Competitor Analysis & Local Market Intelligence

Sales Team Training, Coaching & Performance Review

SOPs Adherence

Preferred candidate profile

The Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Team Leaders and Sales Consultants to achieve monthly volume, revenue and VAS targets, ensuring high standards of customer experience for the dealership's vehicle range.
