Role Overview & Strategic Objective: We are looking for an ambitious, aggressive, and well-connected Manager / Senior Manager (8-12 Years Exp.) based in Delhi NCR (Faridabad Preferred) with a solid grasp of the automotive spare parts aftermarket. The Group is currently revamping and expanding its nationwide channel sales. The primary objective for this role is to onboard fresh, high-performing distributors and stockists, replace inactive or underperforming channels, and build a resilient, high-growth distribution network specifically for our Horns, Mirrors, and Lighting product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distributor Network Overhaul & Appointment (Primary Priority): Actively identify, evaluate, and appoint new, reputed Tier-1 & Tier-2 distributors, stockists, and wholesalers in key automotive spare markets (including North India / Kashmere Gate hub, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, etc.). Lead the restructuring of underperforming territories.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive aggressive monthly and quarterly sales for Horns, Mirrors, and Automotive Lighting.



Focus on Primary & Secondary sales velocity and healthy stock rotation.
- Trade Marketing & Schemes: Implement trade schemes, dealer incentive models, mechanic loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Map market density, competitor pricing, margin structures, and distributor sentiments.
- Commercial Discipline: Ensure timely payment collections and strict adherence to credit limits.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 8 to 12 years in Automotive Aftermarket Sales & Distribution.
- Product Domain: Proven exposure in Automotive Horns, Rear-View Mirrors, Automotive Lighting/Lamps, or Auto Electricals.
- Distributor Connect (Must-Have): Solid existing personal network of automotive spare parts distributors and stockists who can be quickly onboarded.
- Notice Period: Immediate / 15 to 30 Days preferred.
- Base Location: Delhi NCR (Faridabad Preferred).
