Role Overview

Responsible for managing the recruitment team and driving business from assigned client accounts. Own the accounts end to end, ensuring effective recruitment delivery, solid client relationships, revenue growth, and smooth operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Account Ownership: Take complete ownership of assigned accounts, including client engagement, requirement fulfilment, onboarding, escalations, and ongoing account performance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters. Allocate requirements, set clear targets, review daily progress, and improve team productivity and submission quality.
- Recruitment Delivery: Manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Conduct regular discussions to understand hiring priorities,



obtain feedback, and resolve delivery challenges.
- Business Growth: Generate additional business within assigned accounts by identifying new requirements, engaging more stakeholders, and increasing the share of client hiring.
- Revenue and Profitability: Own account targets for closures, onboardings, revenue, and gross margin. Ensure commercial discussions and candidate negotiations support profitability.
- Candidate Quality: Ensure profiles are thoroughly screened for technical suitability, communication, compensation, availability, and commitment before submission.
- Onboarding and Compliance: Coordinate documentation, background verification, client approvals, and onboarding with internal teams, ensuring adherence to client processes.
