One of our clients, a new-age real estate development company redefining up-to-date living in India, is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across its residential, commercial, and mixed-use project portfolio in Faridabad.
Own end-to-end marketing for project launches from strategy to on-ground execution
Build and manage campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and on-site activations
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly drive walk-ins and conversions
Manage creative agencies, media partners, and vendors
Oversee social media presence, website, and digital performance marketing
Develop compelling brand storytelling for each project — residential, commercial, or mixed-use
Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
