- Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems, utilizing predictive maintenance techniques such as condition monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, housekeeping, and safety protocols.
Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing industry with expertise in machine maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of electrical equipment, including troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance practices (PM/PdM) using tools like TPM/TQM/OEE/MES.
