About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented recruitment professional with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing and Packaging industry recruitment, particularly in senior-level, managerial and leadership hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping, headhunting and stakeholder management, with the ability to independently close critical positions and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, managerial and leadership-level positions.
- Handle hiring across Production, Plant Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR and other business functions.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.




- Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, skilled networks, referrals and headhunting.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations and offer management.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of critical vacancies.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness, hiring quality and joining ratios.
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments independently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

- 7–8 years of proven recruitment experience with strong exposure to Manufacturing and Packaging industry hiring.
- Must have experience in senior-level, managerial and leadership recruitment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing functions, organizational structures and talent requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, headhunting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently and deliver results within defined timelines.
