Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Metro Automated Fare Collection (AFC) solutions, technical architecture, and end-to-end payment systems.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in Metro / Urban Rail AFC systems.
- Experience delivering at least one complete Metro AFC project from design to certification, commissioning, and revenue service.
- Strong knowledge of NCMC, RuPay, EMV Contactless, ABT, QR Ticketing, and UPI payment flows.
- Experience with NPCI / EMVCo Level 3 certification.
- Knowledge of AFC architecture: SLE, SCS, CCS, and MCCS.
- Experience in technical solutioning, RFP/tender responses, system integration, payment settlement, and reconciliation.




- Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Metro AFC product roadmap and technical architecture.
- Lead tender solutioning, requirements analysis, and design approvals.
- Manage end-to-end payment flows, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate certification, system integration, testing, and project acceptance.
- Collaborate with metro authorities, banks, NPCI, CDAC, and engineering teams.

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
