Role & responsibilities

- Define the overall test strategy, testing scope, plans, resource allocation and timelines to ensure quality deliverables.
- Lead and manage the testing team, monitor progress, and ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage critical business stakeholders, communicate testing status, risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Oversee functional, regression, automation, performance and stress testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Monitor testing metrics, manage delivery risks, and provide quality assessments and release recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage a team of testers

Preferred candidate profile

7 to 10 years of experience in software testing,



with strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies and frameworks.

Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams, including test planning, estimation, scope, timelines, resources and costs.

Strong expertise in functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing, along with defect management and quality assurance.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating with business teams, project managers and senior leadership.
