- Responsible for dispatching pharmaceutical products to customers and distributors accurately and on time.
- Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, expiry dates, and QA release status before dispatch.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, QA, sales, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any stream, preferably B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, inventory management, FEFO, and batch tracking.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
