- Manage technical projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues through DFA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
- Develop 3D models using CATIA V5, NX CAD, or other software tools for BIW components, underbody structures, upper bodies, closures, tolerance stackup analysis, spot weld layouts.
- Conduct GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) studies for vehicle packaging optimization.
- Provide leadership support to junior engineers on PLM Teamcenter implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive industry with expertise in CATIA V5/NX CAD/PLM Teamcenter.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Diploma in Computers; Master's degree preferred.
- Robust understanding of APQP process control plan development and management.
