Job Description: Kinaxis Maestro Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Kinaxis solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP; processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Kinaxis Maestro solution designs.
- Configure and develop Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, reports, scorecards, alerts, forms, and automation workflows.
- Support Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, Master Scheduling, and S&OP; processes.
- Develop and maintain scripts, calculations, control tables, and custom data models within Kinaxis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams during implementation and support phases.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, user training, and post go-live support activities.
- Support integration activities between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP S/4HANA.

Required Skills





- 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and ERP applications.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response implementation projects.
- Strong experience in at least two of the following:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Capacity Planning
- S&OP; Planning

- Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Data Model and Control Tables.
- Expertise in developing Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Reports, Alerts, Forms, and Scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis integration and data migration activities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Kinaxis Author Certification or Kinaxis Maestro Certification.
- Experience with SAP APO and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to Hypercare and Production Support activities.
