- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
- Track daily activities and share performance updates with management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of daily and weekly reporting & background of BPO.
- Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant role.
