- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Planning teams for technical inputs, costing, and delivery schedules.
- Create and process sales orders in ERP systems with high accuracy.
- Work closely with the field sales team to support customer requirements and project execution.
- Track quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Ensure timely submission of offers and smooth order handover to execution teams.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, sales documentation, and order status updates.
