Experience: 18+ years
Location: Vallam
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall heat-treatment operations, including SQF, carburizing, hardening and tempering.
- Achieve production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Monitor furnace temperature, carbon potential, cycle time and quenching
parameters.
- Ensure required hardness, case depth and metallurgical quality.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime and operational costs.
