Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Primavera P6 Functional Consultants with 3+ years of experience in Primavera P6 implementation, configuration, functional support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Primavera P6, including project setup, scheduling configurations, user administration, reporting, and system support.

Important: We are looking for Oracle Primavera P6 Functional Consultant profiles only. Project Planning / Project Planner profiles are not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Oracle Primavera P6 applications based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Handle Primavera P6 project setup, calendars, WBS, activity codes, layouts, and user preferences.
- Support baseline management, scheduling configurations,



and project data administration.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Primavera P6 modules, workflows, and application-related processes.
- Assist with data migration, application upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and configuration documents.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing functional support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and system-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, system usability, and adherence to business processes.
- Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong functional knowledge of Primavera P6 Skilled and/or Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Experience in application configuration, functional support, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of WBS, activity codes, calendars, baselines, layouts, and project structures.
- Understanding of Primavera P6 administration and user access management.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, and documentation.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
