Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Electric Vehicle (EV) financing. The primary responsibility is promoting EV financing products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely collections from clients, with a focus on 3-wheeler loaders and passenger vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for EV financing solutions.
Promote EV financing products with a focus on 3-wheeler loaders and passenger vehicles.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify current sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective
clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and channel partners.




Ensure timely collection of EMIs and outstanding payments.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to financing and collections.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in sales and collections, preferably in EV financing.
Strong understanding of the 3-wheeler loaders and passenger vehicle market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market
Willing to work in Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC.
Hands-on and positive interpersonal skills, with a go-getter attitude
Attention to detail and accuracy
