About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, GST, payroll support, reimbursements and cross-border transactions.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable, including invoice processing, billing, collections and vendor payments.
- Processing and verify vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation and GST compliance.
- Maintaining and reconcile vendor, customer, bank and general ledgers.
- Tracking receivables, ageing and collections; resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances.
- Handling GST-related accounting, reconciliations, challans and supporting documentation.
- Supporting monthly payroll accounting, salary-related entries and statutory deductions.
- Processing employee reimbursements, advances and settlements as per company policy.
- Supporting month-end closing, journal entries, audits and periodic finance MIS.
- Coordinating with vendors, employees, HR, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure timely financial transactions

Ideal candidate will have

- 3-6 years of experience in AP, AR or General Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, ledgers, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Exposure to payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- B. Com/M. Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
