We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions across multiple channels, handle escalations, and maintain accurate customer data within our CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and resolve email escalations, ensuring proper follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Provide effective customer handling, including understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in internal systems
- Perform data management tasks such as record verification, reporting, and data cleanliness
- Use and manage CRM tools to track interactions, cases, and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in customer care, customer support, or a similar role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication)
- Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email tools)
