Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in the development of skin care and hair care product formulations.

2. Support the preparation of creams, lotions, face washes, shampoos, conditioners, serums, and other personal care products.

3. Perform weighing, mixing, and processing of raw materials as per formulation requirements.

4. Maintain records of formulations, raw materials, laboratory trials, and experimental results.

5. Prepare product samples and coordinate with the QC Department for testing.

6. Assist in stability testing and monitor changes in product appearance, texture, colour, and odour.

7. Support formulation modifications based on trial results and feedback.

8. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and prepared samples.

9. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Basic knowledge of chemistry and cosmetic ingredients.

2. Interest in skin care and hair care formulation development.

3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

4. Valuable observation skills and attention to detail.

5. Willingness to learn and work in a team. **
