We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to expand the company's franchise network by identifying potential franchise partners, developing new business opportunities, and managing the franchise onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new franchise business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate franchise leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Contact prospective franchise partners and explain franchise business models, investment requirements, and company policies.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential franchisees.
- Coordinate franchise negotiations, documentation, and agreement execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise expansion targets.
- Conduct market research and identify suitable locations for current outlets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for store setup, interiors, operations, and franchise onboarding.
- Maintain a database of franchise leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Prepare regular business development reports and update management on progress.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales.
- Experience in retail, food and beverage, or franchise operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
