About The Role
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Patient Enrollment and Client Success team by ensuring information is available, processed and updated.
What you will be doing
-Insurance verification to confirm patient financial responsibility for RPM and CCM
- Processing faxed referrals
- Creating patient profiles in the Vivo Care system
- Ordering RPM devices
- Extracting referrals from EMR systems
- Support Client Success Managers with account requests
What we are looking for Experience:
-Solid attention to detail
-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Tech-savvy with a strong comfort level using digital platforms and software applications
- Experience working in a call center or working with EMR systems an asset
-Salesforce experience an asset
