- Total : 10 + years
- Relevant experience required 8-10 years
- Strong understanding of Service now workflows
- Has had experience in assessing process maturity, identify process gaps based on ITIL standards, build a roadmap to improve maturity via process re-engineering, automation and other transformational work.
- Should have very positive understanding of all SMO functions (Incident, Problem, Change and Asset management)
- Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)
