Position: Store Auditor

Location: HO Jaipur, Rajasthan
Role: Store Audit, Site Visits & Inventory Verification

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic site visits and physical store inspections at project locations.
- Verify material inward, outward, machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts against supporting documents.
- Perform physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records.
- Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and unauthorized movements.
- Prepare MIS reports, audit reports, stock statements, and inventory tracker sheets.
- Review GRNs, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material issue records.
- Monitor stock adjustments and ensure proper documentation and authorization.

Position: Store In-Charge - 2

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations at EPC construction project sites.
- Supervise material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and returns.
- Maintain accurate stock registers,



bin cards, GRNs, and material movement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, accounts, and site execution teams.
- Prepare daily stock reports, material consumption statements, and MIS reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material storage, safety, and adherence to company procedures.

Requirements: Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, material handling, and MS Excel. EPC / Building Construction, Mining industry experience preferred.
